By creating an account, making a booking, or using the platform, you:
- Confirm that you have read and understood this agreement.
- Represent that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
- Accept this agreement and agree to be bound by its terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the platform or our services.
What we grant you
Subject to these terms, Majourneys grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for your personal, non-commercial use to browse, search, and book activities and experiences in accordance with these Terms and our policies.

- Reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code from the platform.
- Remove or alter any proprietary or legal notices.

The platform and its content are provided under licence. You do not acquire any ownership. Majourneys reserves all rights not expressly granted to you.

Disclaimer of warranties

Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Majourneys’ liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the six (6) months before the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Majourneys harmless from any claims, losses, or costs arising from your use of the platform, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
Export and compliance
You agree to comply with all applicable export control and sanctions laws. You must not use the platform from or for the benefit of any country or person subject to restrictions.
Severability
If any part of these terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
Entire agreement
These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies we publish on the platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and Majourneys regarding the platform.
Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not waive that right or provision.
Events, activities, and bookings
- Majourneys may charge fees for activities, events, experiences, or memberships. Prices and payment terms are shown at the time of booking.
- When attending events or activities, use common sense and respect others. Majourneys is not responsible for your conduct or interactions with other participants or providers.
- By attending events or activities, you may be photographed or recorded. We may use such material for marketing or social media as set out in our Privacy Policy or as indicated at the event.
Your account
You must be at least 18 years old to use our platform. You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your password confidential. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
Modification and termination of your account
We may suspend or disable your account if you breach these terms. If you wish to delete your account, contact us. Once deleted, accounts generally cannot be reactivated and some data may be retained as required by law or our policies.
Your content and conduct

Refunds and cancellations
Refund and cancellation rules depend on the activity or product. They are stated at the time of booking and in any confirmation email. Refunds are not available for missed activities, no-shows, or where otherwise excluded by the specific offer.

Promotions and discounts may apply to selected products and dates. Limits (e.g. number of tickets per user) may apply and will be stated in the offer.
Booking confirmation
Confirmation times may vary. We will notify you of your booking status. If we cannot fulfil a booking, we will refund you in accordance with our refund policy.

- Availability is not guaranteed until payment is completed. Prices and availability may change until then.

Payments

Wallet balance

- Refunds to the wallet are subject to our refund policy and may be separate from refunds to your payment method.
