What browsers does Majourneys support?

Majourneys supports the following mobile browsers:

  • WebKit-based browsers: Default browser on iOS (iPhone, iPad, iPod) and Android phones4
  • FireFox HYPERLINK http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/mobile/
  • Mobile for Android and iOS (iPhone, iPad, iPod)
  • Opera Mobile for Android and iOS (iPhone, iPad, iPod) Beta versions of browsers
  • If you're using a beta version of one of the browsers above, you may run into errors or bugs. We make sure our site is compatible with official browser releases.

Majourneys supports the following desktop browsers:

  • Google Chrome: Download the latest version.
  • Mozilla Firefox: Download the latest version.
  • Apple Safari: Download the latest version.
  • Microsoft Edge: Updated through Windows 10 devices.

If you're using an old version of any of the browsers listed above, you should update to the latest version or try a different browser. Note: Internet Explorer is no longer a supported browser. As of 2016, Microsoft has decided to permanently stop supporting Internet Explorer.

How to Create a Majourneys user account?

Creating a Majourneys user account is easy and free. You can sign up using your email address or phone number. To create an account:

  • Download the Majourneys app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
  • Open the app and tap Sign Up.
  • Enter your email address or phone number.
  • Create a password.
  • Enter your first and last name.
  • Tap Sign Up.
How to sign in to your Majourneys account?

Signing in to your Majourneys account is easy. You can sign in using your email address or phone number. To sign in:

  • Open the Majourneys app.
  • Enter your email address or phone number.
  • Enter your password.
  • Tap Sign In.
WhWhy do I keep getting logged out?

If you're unable to stay logged in on your desktop web browser, we have a few ideas of what may be at the root of the problem.

  • Have you checked your browser's security settings? You may want to find out more about disabling cookies or clearing your cache.
  • It could be related to your antivirus software. Check out your antivirus software settings to be sure "majourneys.ma" is on the allowed list.
  • If you're still having trouble staying logged in after looking into the possibilities above, please contact us below and send us an email at [email protected] . It would be beneficial if you would include:
    1. Type of compouter you're using (PC/Mac)
    2. Operating system and version
    3. Browser (e.g., Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, Safari, etc.) and version
    4. Name of any antivirus or spyware software on your computer
How to take a screenshot?

A picture is worth a thousand words, so when it comes to reporting an issue you're having with Majourneys, we prefer to save you from all that typing. It also helps us see exactly what you're seeing. If our Community Support Team requests a screenshot to detail an issue you're experiencing:

  • Windows: Use your system's Snipping Tool to capture a screenshot.
  • Mac OS: Follow these steps to take a screenshot of either your entire screen or a portion of your screen.
  • iOS: Refer to these instructions to capture a screenshot of the app or your mobile web browser.
  • Android: Follow these instructions to capture a screenshot of the app or your mobile web browser.
Can I use Majourneys for free events?

It's free for Corporate Master organizers to use Majourneys if you're not charging for tickets! There are no monthly charges. If you're charging for ticket sales, our prices vary by package.

How do I get a refund on Majourneys?

Majourneys Corporate Master organizers set their refund policies. Before requesting a refund, first, check the event listing to see if the event organizer set a refund policy.

How to delete your user account?

Deleting your account is permanent and can't be reversed. A deleted account can't be recovered. If you're having an issue on Majourneys, contact the Support Team to let us know by sending an email to [email protected] .

  • Go to your Profile tab.
  • Tap the Settings icon in the top right corner.
  • Tap Manage My Account > Delete account.
  • Follow the steps in the app to delete your account.

Once your account is deleted:

  • You can't use the account to log in to Majourneys.
  • You'll lose access to the videos you've posted.
  • You'll lose access to purchased items and won't be able to receive a refund.
  • Shared information, such as chat messages, may still be visible to others.
