Your Relationship with Majourneys

• Acknowledge that you have read and understand this Agreement.

• Accept this Agreement and agree to be legally bound by its terms.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not download, install, or use the Application and delete it from your device.

License Grant

Subject to this Agreement's terms, Majourneys grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Download, install, and use the Application for your personal, non-commercial use on a device owned or controlled by you.
• Access and use the Content and Services provided within the Application in accordance with this Agreement and the applicable Terms of Use.

License Restrictions

You shall not:

• Copy the Application, except as expressly permitted.
• Modify, translate, adapt, or create derivative works of the Application.
• Reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the Application.
• Remove or obscure any proprietary notices on the Application.
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, assign, distribute, or make available the Application to any third party.
• Use the Application in hazardous environments, military, or life-support systems.

Reservation of Rights

You acknowledge that the Application is provided under license and not sold to you. You do not acquire any ownership interest in the Application. Majourneys reserves all rights not expressly granted to you.

Collection and Use of Your Information

By downloading, installing, or using the Application, Majourneys may collect information about your device and usage. All information collected is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the Application, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

The Application is provided "as is" without any warranties. Majourneys disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

Majourneys' liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Application. Majourneys is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Majourneys against any claims arising from your use of the Application or violation of this Agreement.

Export Regulation

You agree to comply with all applicable export control laws.

Severability

If any part of this Agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Majourneys regarding the Application.

Waiver

Failure to enforce any part of this Agreement does not constitute a waiver of Majourneys' rights.

Majourneys Events and Users

• Event Fees: Majourneys may charge fees for events or memberships.
• Real World Interactions: Use common sense and good judgment when interacting with others. Majourneys is not responsible for real-world interactions.
• Consent to Media: By attending events, you consent to being photographed or recorded for Majourneys' social media.

Your Account with Majourneys

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Platform. You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep your password confidential. Notify us immediately if your account is compromised.

Modification, Suspension, and Termination of Your Account

We may disable your account for violating these Terms. If you wish to delete your account, contact us for assistance. Deleted accounts cannot be reactivated.

Your Content and Content of Others

Wallet Balance

• Wallet Asset: The wallet balance can be acquired through gift cards or refunds.
• Refunds to Wallet: Refunds to the wallet are processed separately from bank refunds.
